CORONER UNCLEAR ABOUT DONDA WEST DEATH: Official report released Thursday is inconclusive.

*A definitive cause of death for Kanye West's mom "could not be determined," said The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office in a statement released Thursday along with its official report, however, multiple factors were listed as possible contributions.

Donda West, 58, died Nov. 10 at a Los Angeles-area hospital, one day after she had a breast reduction, tummy tuck and liposuction procedures done by plastic surgeon, Dr. Jan Adams.

The report affirmed there was no sign of "surgical or anesthetic misadventure." Her existing coronary artery disease, the liposuction, mammoplasty and other post-operative factors may have led to her death, but the exact contribution of each factor could not be determined, the report stated.

Ed Winter of the coroner's office said the family was informed of the findings earlier Thursday. "They were appreciative of our efforts," he said.

Asked if West would still be alive if she hadn't undergone the surgery, Winter said: "She could, possibly. But she could have also died because of pre-existing cardiac issues."

Dr. Adams has denied any wrongdoing and suggests West could have died of a heart attack, pulmonary embolism or accidental overdose of painkillers prescribed after the cosmetic surgery. The coroner's report, however, found "therapeutic levels of medication" but no unusually high levels.
