*It just keeps getting worse for Lil Wayne. While sitting in a Yuma, Ariz jail cell Wednesday, the rapper was served legal documents pertaining to a lawsuit regarding his 1999 Bentley Arnage.
Le Marck deAndre of California, who was refurbishing and repairing the car, claims Weezy stopped making payments on the $91,000 bill. Lil Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, was served with court papers while detained on three felony drug charges in Yuma.
The artist and 11 others were in a tour bus that was stopped by police on I-8 and searched by a K-9 unit. Cops uncovered firearms and a variety of drugs – including ecstasy and cocaine.
Lil Wayne was charged with possession of the cocaine and ecstasy, and possession of miscellaneous paraphernalia. His bond was set at $10,185.
