"Time will tell everything, obviously. The doctor can only guess what the outcome will be," McGrew said. "But based on situations with similar people his age, and based on his health, the prognosis is good right now."
McGrew went on to say that Nate has "neural-muscular issues that have to be jump-started."
As previously reported , Nate Dogg was admitted to hospital Dec. 19.

* PICS: PIERCE BROSNAN'S WIFE *
* PIC: EMINEM OVER 200LBS. *

Is this the Eminem that we used to know? This is allegedly a recent photo of the rapper whose weight has ballooned past the 200 pound mark.
Eminem suffered a health scare over the holidays and was hospitalized for complications from pneumonia along with heart problems that may have been related. He was reported to have gained a lot of weight and to now be over 200 pounds. According to The Enquirer, he’s just 5′7″, so that would make him borderline obese.
Eminem has dealt with many personal problems over the past two years including the breakup of his re-marriage to Kim Mathers and the death of his best friend, rapper Proof. His mother was also diagnosed with stage four breast cancer and although he reconciled with her in 2006 she has since cashed in on their relationship with a tell-all book alleging that his rags to riches story was largely fabricated and that their family never lived in a trailer, as was shown in his biographical movie, 8 Mile. In the book, “My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem” Eminem’s mom also claims that he has bipolar disorder and that he was too wasted to remember re-marrying Kim.
When the news came out that Eminem had gained a lot of weight I looked hard for a new picture of him, but I couldn’t find any photos after a December, 2006 appearance on TRL with 50 Cent.
The National Enquirer has a photo of Eminem along with the sordid details of his eating habits, and I feel kind of sorry for the guy. I’m also a stress eater and I really have to keep myself busy and exercise so that I don’t pig out on carbs. Bread and cookies are what gets me. Eminem has fallen prey to the ever-present fast food and chain eateries

DEELISHIS TO MEDIATAKEOUT.COM READERS - STOP HATING ON ME!!!

January 18, 2008. MediaTakeOut.com has learned that Deelishis is mad at YOU. Yes, that's right you!! See we were saying nice things about our girl Deelishis - and y'all go and start talkin' crazy about her.
Here's what she had to say on her MySpace page:
Why is it always an issue? A loyal friend directed me earlier to a blog entry on MediaTakeOut.com, and initially I hesitated to even look at it based on where it was posted. However curiosity got the best of me. So I go to the site, and click on the heading, and there it was...hating!!!
Its a shame, if you all were to check out the photographs, you'll clearly see that I am fully dressed. Now before, you'd probably catch them posting pics of me only from pictorial mags or my personal webpage, in which the photo's are pretty seductive, and I can understand why people are not always trying to see that, but these pics are different. I was invited to do a live radio broadcast for a very respectable and creditable event and award show, the urban wheel awards. I show up fully dressed with a coke and a smile, yet and still they hating on me being fully dressed. The problem is not the opinions but the disrespectful nature of a hater type comments. Why is it always black women hating on black women?!!!
Yall I am trying my hardest to grow and become something greater than that that is expected of me. How will I ever get better if im always being knocked down...that hurts. One person asked, "why she turned around in one of her photos"? Well google awards shows, and look at other the stars and their pics, photographers always get a shot from the front and from the back! My dress had a special design on the back in which the photographer asked for a shot of, not my ass. So many people are so busy concentrating on ways to hate or be hateful, that you didnt even notice the design on the back. Nonetheless, I respect the fact that we are all entitled to our opinions, but please c'mon with the evil, unnecessary bullshit!!! (pardon my language) and for the haters that want to know why Im listed as a celebrity, well its because you keep on speaking my name!!! As long as you talk, my checks will continue to walk...straaaaaaaight to the bank!!!
We should be proud of each other, and try building one another empires. If we don't build each other, no one else will. The world already can't stand our race, we have the nerve to continue the downward spiral by tearing one another apart. But know this, I'm not going nowhere!!! I'm on a mission, and with god's help it shall be fulfilled.
I had to get that off my chest yall. Be blessed and I love you all, Deelishis
Well now you know how it feels to have a celebrity lash out against you...
Addicted to Love

She looks like the walking dead!!! Yuck!
Amy Winehouse played the role of the shaky-yet-supportive wife at her hubby's court appearance yesterday, blowing kisses and whispering sweet nothings to him just days after gallivanting with her ex in Barbados. The "Back to Black" bottle-blonde arrived, hair a mess, just in time for a hearing where Blake Fielder-Civil pleaded not guilty to assault and conspiracy charges.
After whispering "I love you" twice, she shouted "I love you, handsome, gorgeous one!" as her husband was led back to prison.
The soiled-slippered singer was physically supported by her mother-in-law as they exited the Snaresbrook Crown Courthouse. She then drove straight to a McDonald's for a McFlurry.
Just days earlier, Blake threatened to divorce his troubled wife after she was spotted vacationing with her ex-boyfriend.

Steve Harvey, one of the original “Kings of Comedy” and host of the popular morning radio show, “The Steve Harvey Morning Show”, is sporting a new look these days.
Harvey, who turned 51 on Thursday, made a decision to change the way he looked and has been working with 8-time Mr. Olympia, Lee Haney.
Harvey also launched a “50 and Fly” campaign which will be detailed in the upcoming issue of Jet magazine where he unveils his new look. Be sure to pick it up when it hits stands January 21.
According to Haney:
“Steve’s first step began with making up his mind that he wanted to change the way he looked. Steve’s changes show how you too can change your body through exercise, good nutrition, and faith.”

Police: Tiger attack victim was drinking, admitted taunting

SAN FRANCISCO, California (AP) -- One of the three victims of a San Francisco Zoo tiger attack was intoxicated and admitted to yelling and waving at the animal while standing atop the railing of the big cat enclosure, police say in court documents.
Paul Dhaliwal, 19, told the father of Carlos Sousa Jr., 17, who was killed, that the three yelled and waved at the tiger but insisted they never threw anything into its pen to provoke the cat, according to a search warrant affidavit obtained Thursday by the San Francisco Chronicle.
"As a result of this investigation, (police believe) that the tiger may have been taunted/agitated by its eventual victims," according to Inspector Valerie Matthews, who prepared the affidavit. Police believe that "this factor contributed to the tiger escaping from its enclosure and attacking its victims," she said.
Sousa's father, Carlos Sousa Sr., said Dhaliwal told him the three stood on a 3-foot-tall metal railing a few feet from the edge of the tiger moat. "When they got down they heard a noise in the bushes, and the tiger was jumping out of the bushes on him (Paul Dhaliwal)," the documents said.
Police found a partial shoe print that matched Paul Dhaliwal's on top of the railing, Matthews said in the documents. Watch how a victim's desperate 911 call was handled »
The papers said Paul Dhaliwal told Sousa that no one was dangling his legs over the enclosure. Authorities believe the tiger leaped or climbed out of the enclosure, which had a wall 4 feet shorter than the recommended minimum.
The affidavit also cites multiple reports of a group of young men taunting animals at the zoo, the Chronicle reported.
Mark Geragos, an attorney for the Dhaliwal brothers, did not immediately return a call late Thursday by The Associated Press for comment. He has repeatedly said they did not taunt the tiger.
Calls to Sousa and Michael Cardoza, an attorney for the Sousa family, also weren't returned.
Toxicology results for Dhaliwal showed that his blood alcohol level was 0.16 -- twice the legal limit for driving, according to the affidavit. His 24-year-old brother Kulbir Dhaliwal and Sousa also had alcohol in their blood but within the legal limit, Matthews wrote.
All three also had marijuana in their systems, Matthews said. Kulbir Dhaliwal told police that the three had smoked pot and each had "a couple shots of vodka" before leaving San Jose for the zoo on Christmas Day the affidavit said.
Police found a small amount of marijuana in Kulbir Dhaliwal's 2002 BMW, which the victims rode to the zoo, as well as a partially filled bottle of vodka, according to court documents.
Investigators also recovered messages and images from the cell phones, but apparently nothing incriminating in connection with the tiger attack, the Chronicle reported.
Sam Singer, a spokesman for the zoo, said he had not seen the documents but believed the victims did taunt the animal, even though they claim they hadn't.
"Those brothers painted a completely different picture to the public and the press," Singer said. "Now it's starting to come out that what they said is not true."
Child Thrown to Death on Hawaii Freeway
By AUDREY McAVOY, AP
Fri Jan 18, 5:15 AM EST
The man in hospital scrubs threw the toddler like a doll from a pedestrian overpass to the freeway humming with traffic. The 2 1/2-year-old boy fell 30 feet to the asphalt and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The horrifying incident Thursday on the highway cutting through the heart of the city shocked Honolulu residents, causing panicked parents to phone day care centers to check on their children.
Police arrested a 23-year-old man they say occasionally baby-sat the child after witnesses saw him throwing something, followed him and called authorities.
Kraig Hengst told The Honolulu Advertiser he was working in an apartment garage across the street from the overpass when he saw a man "toss the baby" at about 11:40 a.m.
"I saw the baby high in the air. I thought it was a doll at first," Hengst said. The man held the child in one arm and "tossed it into the air," he said.
One or two vehicles may have struck the boy, but it was unclear exactly what killed him the newspaper reported.
A white sheet covered the body on the westbound lanes of the H-1 freeway, a major route through downtown that police temporarily closed. The scene was just blocks from the Capitol and the governor's mansion.
The man, who was wearing green hospital scrubs, was taken to the police station and then to a hospital, said police spokeswoman Michelle Yu. She didn't know whether he had a history of mental illness or a criminal record.
"That will be part of the investigation," Yu said.
The suspect screamed "Thank you for everything" to television crews as he was escorted to a cell block. While in a police car, he rocked back and forth in the back seat.
The Queen's Medical Center, the nearest facility with a mental health wing, declined to say whether the man was or had been a patient. But spokeswoman Rebecca Pollard said no patients were missing Thursday and none had been discharged in an unstable condition.
Johnnie Bruen told KITV that the man calmly walked away from the overpass after dropping the child. Bruen later chased the man up a hill among houses and low-rise apartment buildings near the freeway.
"He didn't say anything, he didn't scream; he looked like a normal person standing there smoking a cigarette, except that he had on a smock," Bruen said. "That's just a horrible sight that I seen down there, for any man to do that to a child."
There were no reports of a missing child, police Capt. Frank Fujii said. Officers were contacting day care centers and other area facilities to find out where the child came from.
Hedy Chun, director of a nearby preschool, Kamaaina Kids Honolulu, said 10 to 15 parents called to check on their children. All students were safe, she said, but her staff was shocked.
Gov. Linda Lingle, told of the incident shortly after it happened, called it a "real tragedy."
