Pagesix.com reports Paris Hilton's gramps may have cut the purse strings but don't expect her to curb her spending habits any time soon. The heiress took her younger brothers, Barron, 16, and Conrad, 13, shopping on December 26 at several gift shops in Maui, where the family is vacationing over the holidays.
That same day, Paris saw her $100 million inheritance slashed to about $5 million, when her grandfather announced that he is leaving 97 percent of his fortune to charity. Like Warren Buffet before him, 80-year-old hotel magnate Barron Hilton opted not to bequeath the majority of his estimated $2.3-billion estate to his heirs, including eight children and 23 grandchildren. Instead, he is donating the money to The Conrad N. Hilton Foundation, established by his father in 1944. “I am proud to follow my father's example,” the aptly named Barron said in a released statement. *TMZ.com is reporting that the delay in deciding whether vehicular manslaughter charges should be filed against Brandy for her car accident last year is due to uncertainty over whether the singer was actually at fault.
A CHP source tells the Web site that the woman who died in the accident struck the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact. The law enforcement source says Awatef Aboudihaj, the woman who died, rear-ended the car in front of her -- which was going 65 mph, and then slammed on the brakes. The sudden stop caused Brandy to hit the dead woman's car, according to the source.
TMZ also learned from L.A. County Coroner spokesperson Captain Ed Winter that toxicology reports show Aboudihaj had "slight traces" of marijuana in her system at the time of the crash.
The L.A. City Attorney has until the end of the business day on Friday to decide whether to file criminal charges against Brandy -- that's when the one-year statute of limitations runs out.

I just wanna say that those allegations are not true ... with Chris Stokes and Marques Houston. And I apologize for any hurt that this may (have) caused ... publicly, financially ..."

Like we said, we have no idea what's going on. All we can say is stay tuned. In the meantime, yesterday, Chris Stokes was busy defending himself by following up his previous statement of innocence with an interview with MTV.
"All the allegations they made are false," said Stokes, who currently manages Houston and Omarion through his firm, the Ultimate Group Entertainment. "I'm not gay. And I'm married. And I have four kids. I've been with my wife for 16 years. And I'm not a child molester. So those are all false allegations. I'm gonna sue them. And I owe that to my wife and kids, period. It's ridiculous."
This is where it gets interesting again. Before the Raz B apology tape was uploaded, according to MTV, Kevin Sullivan, Raz-B's business partner and the COO of their company, Raz Beatz Entertainment, said that the singer is not ready to elaborate on his video allegations at this point, but that he is conferring with lawyers and preparing a statement that will possibly help explain his claims.
"With something of this magnitude, you always look at what the best time is [to talk about it,] and he felt compelled ... that this has built up," Sullivan said. "[He was saying,] 'I'm tired, this is my story.' It's something that's spiritual, and God says now is the time."
(Remember, the foregoing comment was made just hours before Raz B's surprise apology video.)

I have spent countless hours, days, weeks and months with the man since the age of 5 and have never once seen him behave inappropriately. He's married to my aunt and I know this man very well. I stand behind him with no question whatsoever. I have grown up around Chris and this is crazy to me. These people have damaged me, and my reputation and I won't stand silent and will do all within my means to speak the truth about this matter.

Rev. Run and Justine With Their New Daughter Miley
Reverend Run, 43, and his wife Justine Simmons adopted an American-born baby girl in September, who they named Miley Justine Simmons. Miley was one month old when they brought her home and will make her debut on the family's MTV reality series, Run's House, in January. The couple lost their first daughter together, Victoria Anne, an hour after birth when she came into the world with a condition known as omphalocele.
Rev and Justine have been married for 12 years. Rev has three children from his first marriage, Vanessa, 24, Angela, 20, and Joseph "JoJo," 18, and two sons with Justine, Daniel "Diggy," 12, and Russell "Russy," 10.
