Grand Hustle artists abandoning ship

This is not a rumor; this came from the mouth of a current Grand Hustle artist. Apparently, some of Grand Hustle’s artists are very confident in the government’s case against their boss Clifford “T.I.” Harris. At least one GH artist has expressed interest in moving to a different label.
The word is the artists feel that T.I. will do at least 2-5 years in the federal pen which leaves his artists up the creek without a paddle. Currently, there is no active marketing or promoting of the other artists on the Grand Hustle roster. I’m also hearing that investors are nervous in light of the fact that T.I. isn’t able to promote his product which means decreased sales.
Meanwhile, T.I. continues his feverish pace of writing and recording tracks in his home studio while he awaits trial on federal gun charges. T.I. promises to make his presence felt even if he is out of the game. With no tour or appearance money coming in, T.I. is fielding requests to appear on other artist’s joints for a nominal fee.

While there, we observed Lauren and can CONFIRM that the usually free drinking Lauren did not consume ANY alcoholic beverages - all night.Why is this such a scandal, you ask. Well, because at the time that Lauren reportedly conceived, Jackie Long was still dating tennis superstar Serena Williams. Serena and Jackie were one of the most popular young couples in all of Black Hollywood. But they abruptly separated a month ago after photos of Serena leaving a hotel with rapper Common began circulating the net. At the time, it was believed that Jackie was completely faithful to the tennis superstar.And there's yet another twist to this scandal. Kristin Cavallari may return to MTV on The Hills

Kristin Cavallari, the narrator of Laguna Beach’s second season, may return to that series’ spin-off The Hills. She was part of a love triangle with that show’s star, Lauren Conrad, and Stephen Colletti, which means her return would likely bring drama.
“According to inside sources close to The Hills, the show’s producers are looking into the possibility of bringing Kristin onto their series to reunite with Lauren,” E!’s Kristin reports.
The gossip columnist reports that “according to the same insiders, Lauren is less than thrilled with the idea of Kristin coming onto her show,” and reminds us that Kristin “said she was leaving reality TV behind in order to focus on her acting career.”

***New York and Tailor Made have been living together since the show taped***

New York selected Tailor Made on Monday night’s finale of I Love New York 2, and since the series was taped this past summer, George Weisgerber and Tiffany Pollard have been living together. In other words, the show might have actually created a successful relationship.
New York “moved in with Weisgerber and his 12-year-old daughter Asia shortly after taping for the show was completed last summer,” The New York Post reports.
That might not be a surprise to some, as the two have been spotted recently in New York, making out at a nightclub, The New York Daily News’ Ben Widdicombe reports.
“It’s always bewildered me how people end up finding their ‘soul mate’ on a reality show, but then they stay separated for months until the finale airs. I’m all for respecting the integrity of the show, but if you love someone, you can’t let anything or any one come between you,” Weisgerber told the Post. And he said that Tiffany and his daughter are “like peas in a pod. They’ve become very close and like to team up and make fun of me.”
The paper says that the Jan. 6 reunion “was taped two weeks ago” and the two “will reveal their living arrangement” during it.

Members of World Overcomers were shocked on last Sunday morning when they entered the place where they assemble to worship God. In the pulpit was a Queen sized bed draped in burgundy and gold. Members were wondering why the place that normally Pastor Alton R. Williams preaches the word of God from had turned into a large bedroom, when he entered wearing a robe and pajama pants with his bible in hand. the lights are dimmed, mode music is playing,Williams at this point lays on the bed reading from the Songs of Solomon. While still reading the bible his wife Sherrilyn enters the sanctuary wearing a long red feathered seductive fitting gown. Mrs. Williams very seductively walks across the pulpit turn bedroom and sits on the bed next to her husband. She closes his bible and begins to rub on him, and then lefts him from the bed and very passionately embraces and kisses him. Pastor Williams whose Sunday morning freak session is designed to save marriages tells the women in the congregation "This is how to keep your husband so the Hoe don't get him". In my opinion A.R. Williams has gone to far, the pastor who spent $260,000 to build a statue that reminds you of the Statue Of Liberty has lost his God focus and now become an entertainer willing to do anything to keep fleecing his flock of their money so that he can continue to live his luxury lifestyle. In a time that people in the community need the Word of God for deliverance from their plights by allowing the word to get them up and motivated to make changes in their lives, this fool wants to hold Sunday morning sex classes. What about salvation and the saving of souls? I guess with New Directions Church being less than a mile away Williams is losing members which means that he is losing dollars. So what will Williams do next Sunday, Show the men how to please their wives by performing oral sex on sister Sherrilyn, or maybe he'll give a course on the various positions of lovemaking. What ever it is you can be sure that his cult of followers at WORLD OVERCUMMERS will not get a show without paying.

Firefighters battle blaze in building on White House campus.

Fire hits building next door to White House

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- Firefighters battled thick smoke and flames Wednesday inside the historic Eisenhower Executive Office Building, next door to the White House, which houses the vice president's ceremonial offices.

They used axes to break windows on the third floor of the ornate building shortly after the blaze broke out after 9 a.m.
The fire started near the vice presidential offices, CNN's Kathleen Koch reported.
Fifteen firetrucks, including three ladder trucks, responded to the call. Watch smoke pouring from building »
The entire building was evacuated, a D.C. Fire Department spokesman said.
Within an hour, smoke had stopped pouring from the building.

There were no reports of injuries from the blaze, which appeared to be confined to the third floor, perhaps in an electrical closet or a telephone bank, said D.C. Fire Department spokesman Alan Etter.

The building, built between 1871 and 1888, is also called the Old Executive Office Building. It was originally built for the State, War and Navy Departments and is an example of the French Second Empire style of architecture, according to a government Web site.
The building is the site of a number of events, including ceremonial signings, news conferences and photo opportunities.

Queen Latifah Signs On to Endorse Jenny Craig

Kirstie Alley and Valerie Bertinelli have another pal joining them in the Jenny Craig universe: Queen Latifah. The Oscar-nominated singer and actress, 37, has signed up to be the latest celebrity spokesperson for the weight-loss chain, PEOPLE confirms exclusively. "We officially confirm that Queen Latifah will join the Jenny Craig program in January," Scott Parker, Jenny Craig's vice president of marketing, tells PEOPLE. "We are thrilled to have Queen Latifah support our mission of improving health by taking her first step toward achieving a more healthful lifestyle." Parker adds: "Queen Latifah joins forces with Jenny Craig to communicate the importance of how small lifestyle changes, in the areas of diet and exercise, can have positive effects on overall health." Latifah, who has consistently celebrated her plus-size figure over the years (including a recent PEOPLE cover story), will have a "very different campaign, focused on a healthier lifestyle, not on getting onto a specific dress size," says Parker. Of her figure, Latifah told PEOPLE in October, "I would say I'm voluptuous.

SUPERHEAD DENIES RECORD DEAL WITH EDDIE MURPHY:

Video vixen says rumors are not true; In fact Murphy's camp says there is no label.

*Video vixen Karrine "Superhead" Steffans has denied recent reports that she has been signed to a record label run by Eddie Murphy, telling MTV.com that her attention is currently focused on writing a third tell-all book.
"I am not signed to any recording deal or to any other type of deal with Mr. Murphy," the former video vixen said in a statement released by her publicist.
"I am not, and have no interest in being, a musician of any kind," the statement continued. "I am focused on my third book, upcoming magazine column, radio and reality shows. My performance on the King magazine mixtape [Freaky Flows Seductively Hosted by Karrine Steffans] was lighthearted and cynical. It was not a precursor to any future endeavors."
A publication overseas first reported of Steffans, the author of two books detailing her sexual encounters with celebrities, having signed with a record imprint headed by Murphy and due to release a debut album in March. The story was picked up online by U.S. media outlets and bloggers.
"This is just another example of how these sub-journalistic bloggers create and spread false information daily," her statement continued. "Luckily, this time it was not a hurtful rumor. I urge the general public and major news media to be skeptical of unwarranted information and take such reports with a grain of salt."
In addition to Steffans' statement, Eddie Murphy's camp is also speaking out. An email to EUR from Eddie's rep, Arnold Robinson, states the actor is not forming a record label:
In regard to recent reports that Eddie Murphy has formed a record label, it should be known for the record that Mr. Murphy has not formed a record label of any sort, nor is he interested in doing so. We hope that this clarifies this misinformation.
